I was so impressed with Chris. He usually doesn't redeem vouchers on Saturday as he has to pay overtime but came and did the job himself so I wouldn't have to wait to get it done. Very grateful. He was cheerful and efficient

Service was prompt and thorough. The guy arrived on time and showed us what he was going to do, gave some tips on how to maintain our unit before the next servicing, and how much is the approx cost for changing some parts. Good service.

Double thumbs-up for the whole thing. Arrangements were excellent and perfectly timed ........... communication outstanding. Could not be improved upon. The workers were courteous and friendly and the work was competent and thorough ........... totally satisfactory. To conclude, they reported on my machine to me and that was appreciated too. The whole thing was enthusiastic and thoroughly professional . I recommend this firm. AAA+++++++

My husband had the day off work so someone could be home as we have three small dogs. We were given an appointment time and the technician arrived on time which was fantastic. We did not install the heat pump so were not sure if we were using it correctly, but the technician went through the process with my husband. This was very helpful. A great service that we will definitely use again in the future. Thanks.

I totally recommended clean heat and vent Ltd . The it work was efficient and through ,throughout the whole procedure. I found Chris the owner hard working and pleasant to have in my home.
